This store fulfillment center is based in Miami, Florida, USA. Once your order is shipped the item is out of our control and in the shipping process. We have no control of the item after that so please pick the best shipping option for your experience, preferably where you will have tracking and insurance. Items that we consider "fragile" can only be shipped with priority shipping. We also offer free priority shipping for our handmade, customized items.
